Professional carpet, rug and upholstery extraction cleaning requires access to a suitable mains water supply and electrical power at the property. We’ll bring the professional cleaning equipment, products and everything else required for the clean.
Choose the closest size. We’ll check fibre type, construction, backing and colourfastness before cleaning. Delicate or specialist rugs may need an individual assessment.
Choose the items you’d like cleaned. All upholstery is subject to a suitability and colourfastness check before work begins.
Small items are welcome as add-ons. A £75 minimum applies when Carpets, Rugs & Upholstery is booked as a standalone visit. Package savings are value-based and do not stack with an existing carpet package — we automatically use the better saving.
Our professional extraction equipment is substantial, so access and parking help us plan the appointment properly.
Standard stain treatment is included where appropriate. More extensive or specialist treatment may need assessment before the final price is confirmed.

All new regular domestic customers start with an Initial Home Clean, following a free home consultation. We agree the areas to be cleaned, priorities and time needed before booking.
Your initial clean is quoted separately from the regular maintenance price shown below. Routine cleaning includes accessible bathroom, kitchen, living-area and floor surfaces. Intensive descaling, grout restoration, dismantling fixtures, internal appliance cleaning and carpet extraction are not automatically included; we will identify and quote any extras in advance.
Your property clean is priced by size and condition. Our advertised starting price covers a good or typical move-out condition; heavier conditions cost more. Professional carpet cleaning is calculated from the actual carpeted areas you select, with any matching multi-room carpet package saving applied automatically.
